CotraPort
Founded in 2009 under the Cooperatives Law of Catalonia 18/2002. It currently has more than 700 associates who must own a vehicle suitable for transporting goods and have the authorization to transport containers. Members must comply with the regulations of the Barcelona Port Authority, including being up to date with their tax and insurance obligations.
The cooperative is dedicated to providing services for all types of container transport, both nationally and internationally.
Since 2016 we have a 28,000 m2 operations base with offices and 180 parking spaces for trucks and with an exclusive fuel supply service within the same premises.
The medium-term objective is to expand the spaces and be self-sufficient to reduce the impact of the carbon footprint of our activity.
We manage the social part through our association SINTRAPORT, which provides legal coverage and assistance to all associates who need it.
